  • Read it.

    Hey, it happens. You are all excited for your new book. Then by chapter four you realize that it was definitely the hardcover your sister-in-law bought for you last Christmas. Well, at least she has good taste in books! Send us a note and we will send you one of our other available selections.

  • Broke it.

    Yikes! We do our best to package our candles and glassware with abundant care, but accidents can happen. If something has happened in transit, send us a message by clicking the link below. We will send out a replacement item ASAP. Dispose of any broken items carefully.

  • Hate it.

    Yeah, this can happen too. Maybe you wanted to try something new or an author you keep hearing about but by page 40 you just can’t bring yourself to keep going. Contact us and we will work out a Return or Exchange.

  • Lost it.

    Your box never arrived? Hey, we can track all these things or get a new box on the way to you! Was your box missing an item? First, help us out and dig into all that wonderful recyclable shredded packing material and make sure it didn’t dig in deep during shipping. If it’s definitely not there, let us know ASAP!
